settled, again...

Soooo, I started writing this post about 4 days ago and it got deleted (reason #75 for my hatred of technology!) and I got so frustrated that I am just now getting back to writing!

MUCH has happened since I last wrote.

1. We now live in Virginia!
We moved in last Monday and have slowly gotten settled.

2. I spent an entire day in the hospital.
I got sick during our trip here and was so weak that Ryan actually unloaded the entire Uhaul himself.  He was soooo great during the whole thing.  I do not think Ryan has ever seen me so sick and he probably will not see anything that bad until I am 9 months pregnant! I had an intestinal infection and was out of commission for most of the week, but we still got to do a few things...

3.  We swam in the Atlantic Ocean (my first time and his second time).  We took time to check out Virginia Beach--even though I was sick....a little fresh air does ya good?!

4.  We bought season passes to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. And went the water park.  They are both in Williamsburg so we can go there whenever we want now!

5. Ryan started his first day at his new plant today!

Virginia is...beautiful, inviting, bustling & relaxing at the same time, scenic, AND HOT.  I was dying from the heat for a couple days, but now it is cooling off...like, below 100 degrees.  I will need some time to get used to the heat, but everything else has made this move quite worth it.

Now, I am working on finding a job.  I have applied to over 10 jobs and have about 5 more on the list...so keep your fingers crossed!
